Cool 1940s Vintage Air Force Association (AFA) Winged Star Gold Tone Enamel Pin In Great Condition.
This great pin measures approximately 1/2" x 1/2"
Founded in 1946, the AFA is an independent non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force.
The blue enamel letters at the top stand for the Air Force Association.
The central emblem features stylized gold-plated wings surmounting a red, white, and blue enamel star. This design is derived from the wartime U.S. Army Air Forces (USAAF) insignia.
