Elegant 1950s/60s Vintage Swank Gold Tone Tie Tack/Lapel Pin
This great looking piece measures approximately 1/2"not including chain and T-bar.
The main head features a polished, modernist rectangular crest with alternating brushed and recessed cutout vertical vertical grooves, iconic to Swank design styles from the 1950s and 1960s.
The chain and T-bar mechanism serves a functional purpose:
The pin part goes through the fabric of the tie or lapel.
The T-bar is designed to be inserted through a buttonhole on the shirt or jacket, on the inside, which secures the entire assembly.
