Elegant 1960s Vintage Gold Tone Textured Moose Tie Tack Pin In Excellent Condition. Never Been Used In Original Box.
Measures approximately 1/2" x 1/2"
This beautiful pin features a detailed, textured design of a standing moose with large antlers, commonly referred to as an "Alaskan moose" design and often sold as souvenirs or nature-themed gifts.
A tie tack/lapel pin is commonly used to secure a necktie to a shirt or to adorn the lapel of a jacket.
The chain and T-bar mechanism serves a functional purpose:
The pin part goes through the fabric of the tie or lapel.
The T-bar is designed to be inserted through a buttonhole on the shirt or jacket, on the inside, which secures the entire assembly.
The chain connects the T-bar (attached to the shirt) to the pin backing (attached to the tie), ensuring the tie stays in place and doesn't flap around.
A Great Vintage Pin For The Collector.
Please see pictures before purchasing.
