Big Dog's Brewing Company is Las Vegas' oldest brewery, originally founded as "Holy Cow!" in 1993 on the Las Vegas Strip.

It later relocated to its current location northwest of downtown Las Vegas.

The brewery is known for a variety of consistent core brews and seasonal beers, including the award-winning Red Hydrant Ale.

The glass features the company's logo, which includes a dog's head silhouette and the establishment year.
