Each doll is handmade in Dublin Ireland, with a wire and felt body, and plaster-molded head, which is hand-painted in characteristic style. The dolls wear authentic clothes of their era, location and occupation, made from authentic fabrics.
This one is M1, Aran Fisherman. He has a swing tag on his wrist with his story, and jointed hips allow him to sit easily.
It is a collectible item, often sought after by vintage doll collectors.
