This great looking vintage horse figurine measures approximately 4" tall and 4" long
This black horse features a soft, fuzzy "flocked" coating over a plastic or hard body, and features a realistic hair mane and tail.
The horse is outfitted with a white bridle and a yellow saddle (often referred to as a red or ocher saddle in listings). Black Wagner horses were almost always made with white tack.
Wagner Kunstlerschutz (also known as Wagner Handwork or Wagner-Tiere) was a company that produced a wide variety of these flocked animal figures, which were popular from the 1950s through the 1980s.
