1960s/70s Vintage Scottish Luckenbooth Coronet Heart Pewter Brooch In Great Condition.
This great pin measures approximately 1 1/4" x 1 1/4".
Designed by the famous British costume jewelry brand Miracle.
This is a classic Scottish Luckenbooth design, traditionally featuring a heart shape topped with a royal crown (or coronet). Historically, Luckenbooth brooches were given as romantic love tokens, engagement gifts, or worn by nursing mothers as protective talismans.
The metal frame is crafted from antiqued silvertone base metal.
The center houses a beautiful oval faux-gemstone cabochon. It features deep blue art glass mimicking stones like lapis lazuli or dark Skye jasper, accented with subtle dark swirls.
Miracle Jewelry began production in Birmingham, England, in 1946 and became highly celebrated for creating historic revival pieces inspired by Celtic, Scottish, and Irish folklore jewelry heritage.
