Elegant 1970s/80s Vintage Pewter Tone Ornate Baroque/Victorian/Rococo Style Picture Frame New Old Stock In Original Plastic Packaging. Made In Taiwan.
This charming picture frame measures approximately 2 1/2" x 2".
Holds a 1 1/2" x 1" photo.
These small, heavy metal frames stamped "Made in Taiwan" were highly popular export items produced primarily during the 1970s and 1980s.
It is cast from a solid base metal alloy—commonly referred to as pewter or pot metal—finished with an antiqued, dark silver patina to mimic aged Victorian silver.
Features Intricate openwork scrolling, floral accents on the sides, and a decorative crested crown at the top featuring a small hanging loop.
